Privacy Policy

What dalonic.com collects, why, where it lives, and how to reach us about it.

This policy covers dalonic.com, operated by Dalonic Private Limited. Each Dalonic product (Artifacto, Turnly, and whatever comes next) runs on its own domain and ships its own privacy policy; this page is only about what happens on this site.

What we collect

  • Waitlist email. If you join the list, we store the email address you enter. We use it to send one announcement when the product opens, and nothing else. No newsletter, no drip campaign.
  • Account details. If you sign in, it is through Google or GitHub, and we receive your name, email address, and avatar from the provider. We never see your password. A session cookie keeps you signed in.
  • Usage analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location from your IP, browser and device type). We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

Where it lives

Our database runs on Neon (PostgreSQL) in AWS ap-southeast-1, Singapore. The site is hosted on Vercel, which serves it from locations near you. The services that process data for us: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), PostHog (analytics), and Google or GitHub when you use them to sign in.

Your choices and rights

Write to hello@dalonic.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, including taking your email off the waitlist. We answer from the same inbox, which is also our grievance contact under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We keep data only as long as it serves the purpose above, and we delete accounts and waitlist entries on request.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. A material change to how we handle the waitlist gets announced to the list itself, once, in keeping with the promise.
