Dalonic

Terms of Service

The terms for using dalonic.com.

These terms cover dalonic.com, operated by Dalonic Private Limited. Each Dalonic product runs on its own domain with its own terms; this page is only about this site.

What this site is

dalonic.com presents what we are building and lets you join an early-access list or create an account. The products themselves (Artifacto, Turnly, and what follows) ship separately, and some of what this site describes is pre-release: statuses like "launching soon" are intentions, not commitments to a date.

Your account

You sign in through Google or GitHub and are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your provider account secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the site, attempt to break it, or use it unlawfully. You can ask us to delete your account at hello@dalonic.com.

Fair use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or breach its security, scrape other people's data from it, or use it for anything unlawful. Reasonable, good-faith security research is welcome; write to us first.

Ownership

The content and branding on this site belong to Dalonic Private Limited. ZeroStarter is open source and governed by its own license in its repository, which controls over anything said here.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and we may change or discontinue any part of it at any time. To the extent the law allows, Dalonic Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which today is nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Haryana have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means the new terms apply.
