Marketing here is not a department you join. We are small enough that it is still a pile of jobs nobody has got to yet: the launch post, the demo nobody asked for, the thread that explains what we built and why it should matter to anyone. You will own some of them in your first month, because there is no one else queued up to.
What you will do
- Write about what we ship, in a voice that sounds like a person rather than a press release.
- Turn one product change into a post, a thread and a short demo, and publish all three.
- Watch what happens after publishing and say plainly which parts did not land.
- Bring ideas nobody here has had, and be ready to argue for them.
What we look for
- Something you have written or made in public, however small.
- Clear writing. It is most of the job.
- Enough curiosity about the product to explain it without being briefed first.
- Comfort being early, where the brief is often to work out what the brief is.
What we do not need
A marketing degree, agency experience, or a follower count. Show us one thing you published and what you learned from it.
How we hire
A conversation, a paid piece of real work, and a decision inside two weeks. The same process as every other role here, at intern scale.
